Maastricht Rugby Easter 10’s (the Netherlands)
The lovely city of Maastricht is the host for an annual international 10’s Rugby Tournament for both men’s and women’s teams. Maastricht is known for its richness in culture, its university, and wide array of different bars, welcoming everyone for a drink, joy, and laughter. Come and experience this typically Dutch city with large squares, narrow streets, and slender houses. The people are hospitable, and you will be just fine with speaking English. Maastricht’s inviting nature makes it ideal for your rugby tour, or team weekend!
The date of the tournament is the 19th of April of 2014! We will have a pool of 6 men’s teams, and 4 women’s teams. The deadline for subscription is the 5th of april 2014.
Subscription fee: €120 per team (half of the fee will be reimbursed in drinking tokens)
Prize: 1st place will get their subscription fee reimbursed (for as well guys as girls)
Program:
Friday 20.00 – Meet and greet at the MRC Clubhouse + party in town
Saturday 10.00 – Opening at the Clubhouse
10.30 – 1st Game
18.30 – Finals
18.00-20.00 Buffet
22.00 Big Rugby Party (theme tba)
Sunday 14.00 Hangover drinks in one of the lovely pubs of Maastricht
